A warm welcome to the 2025 WEA Seoul General Assembly! We’re so happy you’re joining us here in Korea and want to make sure your visit is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. To help with that, please take a moment to read through the important details below.

Your Personal ID Number

Since we’re expecting participants from all over the world, names alone can sometimes get a bit tricky when communicating. So, everyone is assigned a unique personal identification number. We’ll use these numbers for all official communications during the Assembly, and hotels will use them too. Before you travel, please double-check your assigned ID number and your hotel number—they’ll be posted on the Assembly’s bulletin board.

A. Arrival & Check-In Info
  1. If you’re arriving between Saturday, October 25 and Sunday, October 26, 2025, please stop by the WEA Information Booth at Incheon Airport to check in. You’ll find more details on where exactly this is in the next section.
  2. Arriving outside those dates? No worries! You can register either at your assigned hotel or at Sarang Church by 7:45am on Monday, October 27. Just pick whichever works best for you.
B. Hotel & Accommodation
  1. We’re covering accommodation for six nights and seven days during the Assembly, from Sunday, October 26 to Saturday, November 1, 2025. We’ll let you know about your hotel soon.
  2. Planning to come early or stay late? You’ll need to arrange those extra nights on your own.
  3. If you’ll arrive after check-in time on October 26 or need to check out early, please let us know ahead of time.
  4. Check the transportation info between hotels and the church—subway rides usually take between 10 and 30 minutes.
C. Meals
  1. All meals during the Assembly (Monday, October 27 to Saturday morning, November 1) are covered by the Organizing Committee.
  2. Meals before or after that period are your responsibility.
  3. Breakfast will be served daily at your hotel.
  4. Lunch and dinner will come as lunch boxes at our designated venues.
  5. If you requested vegetarian meals earlier, they’ll be ready for you.
D. Departure
  1. After the Assembly ends, you’ll need to arrange your own transport.
  2. If you’re flying out of Incheon Airport, please double-check your terminal (1 or 2) and drop-off location so you don’t miss your flight.
