A. Arrival in Korea

After immigration, head straight to the arrivals hall. Your terminal depends on your airline, so please check this before your trip.

• Terminal 1: Please use Exit E
• Terminal 2: Please use Exit A

B. WEA Information Desk at the Airport

• Terminal 1: Volunteers in yellow vests will be waiting near Exit E at the Information Booth (Position 30).
• Terminal 2: Volunteers will be right by Exit A ready to help (no booth here).
• Open from 8:00am to 10:00pm on October 25 and 26.

Make sure to grab your name badge and transportation card here before heading to your hotel.

C. How to Get to Your Hotel

You have two good options:

• Airport Limousine Bus, which stops near most hotels and is super convenient.
• Train (Subway), which might need one transfer but works well for groups or experienced travelers.

To buy bus tickets:

• Terminal 1: Across from Exit B
• Terminal 2: Basement Level 1

Tickets can be bought at counters or kiosks, and our volunteers will help if you need it. Don’t forget to check your bus number and drop-off spot before buying.

Boarding:

• Get to your bus stop at least five minutes early.
• Seating might be assigned or open; it depends on the bus.
• Give your driver the drop-off slip from your name badge.
• Listen carefully for your stop.

During the ride:

• Free Wi-Fi is available on the bus.
• Since Google Maps has limited functionality in Korea, please download Naver Map or Kakao Map apps before you arrive—or right after you get here.

After you get off:

• Most hotels are about a 5 to 10-minute walk from the bus stop.

Volunteers will help with hotel check-in from 1:00 PM. If you arrive early, feel free to leave your bags and explore nearby restaurants or sights.
