The WEA General Assembly will be hosted by SaRang Church in Seoul, South Korea.
Our meetings will start on Monday 27th October and finish on Friday 31st October 2025.
Please note that your registration is not confirmed until payment of the registration fee has been received.
Costs
Our hosts have been generous in their support and this has meant we are able to charge a reduced fee of $700 for your registration (minus any membership discounts). Your registration includes all program costs, shared accommodation, meals and local transportation for the duration of the General Assembly (from arriving on 26th October to departing on 1st November).
This means each participant will only have to cover their travel to the General Assembly and the registration fee, plus any additional requests you may have.
Membership Type | Membership Discount | Final Cost |
---|---|---|
Non-member | — | $700 |
Affiliate Member (if membership fees are up-to-date) | $300 | $400 |
National Evangelical Alliance Member (if membership fees are up-to-date) | $400 | $300 |

Please note
- If you are a National Alliance member your first three delegates will have a registration fee of $300 each. Registration fees for further delegates will be charged at $100 each.
- The non-member price includes an optional application to become a WEA member. This usually costs $600 but is available at a 50% reduction to $300 with a General Assembly registration.
- We have a special pricing available for younger leaders (those under the age of 45 by the time the General Assembly starts on 27th October 2025) bringing the registration fee down to $100. This price is based on sharing a room.
- WEA staff who are requested to attend, and members of the Organizing Committee, will receive a coupon giving 100% discount to the standard registration fee. This coupon does not cover supplementary costs that you may incur. Please note that you still need to complete both this registration form, and the payment form (even if no payment is required).
- A limited number of single rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. There is a supplementary charge of $300 for single rooms.
- Delegates may bring their spouse for a supplementary charge of $300.
Who is invited
Our General Assembly is, at its core, a family gathering of our regional and national alliances as well as our affiliate members.
At the same time our General Assembly is open to everyone, both members and non-members, who join us in our Statement of Faith. If you are not yet a member then we ask that you provide a letter of recommendation (either from an existing member, or from a global leader). If you have not been to a previous WEA General Assembly, then we particularly welcome you. We will be delighted to have you join us.
In accordance with our Bylaws, each Alliance is invited to send at least three delegates to the General Assembly. In order to reflect the diversity of evangelicalism, we would like to emphasize the importance of sending both women delegates as well as younger leaders who are empowered to fully participate on behalf of your Alliance. Your delegation could thus include:
- The Alliance leader (usually the Chair, President, General Secretary, Director, or similar)
- Two additional representatives, at least one of whom should be a woman and / or a younger leader below the age of 35.
Scholarships
We are able to provide a limited number of scholarships. These are open to applications from Alliance representatives unable to fully fund themselves.
Scholarship applications can be made here: https://gospelforeveryone.worldea.org/scholarships/apply/
If you are able to assist with contributing to our Scholarship fund you can do that here: https://gospelforeveryone.worldea.org/scholarships/donate/
