Registrations are now closed

The WEA General Assembly will start on Monday 27th October and finish on Friday 31st October 2025, and will be hosted by SaRang Church in Seoul, South Korea.

We are overjoyed with the interest of our General Assembly. Regrettably, all our rooms are currently filled and registration is now closed whilst we make further analysis.

If we are able to secure further spaces then registrations will reopen. Please note that further spaces will only become available at the full registration price of US$700.

Who is invited

Our General Assembly is, at its core, a family gathering of our regional and national alliances as well as our affiliate members.

At the same time our General Assembly is open to everyone, both members and non-members, who join us in our Statement of Faith. If you are not yet a member then we ask that you provide a letter of recommendation (either from an existing member, or from a global leader). If you have not been to a previous WEA General Assembly, then we particularly welcome you. We will be delighted to have you join us.

In accordance with our Bylaws, each Alliance is invited to send at least three delegates to the General Assembly. In order to reflect the diversity of evangelicalism, we would like to emphasize the importance of sending both women delegates as well as younger leaders who are empowered to fully participate on behalf of your Alliance. Your delegation could thus include:

  • The Alliance leader (usually the Chair, President, General Secretary, Director, or similar)
  • Two additional representatives, at least one of whom should be a woman and / or a younger leader below the age of 35.
